	Warranty Almost all of our products come with a 1 to 10 years guarantee on material- or construction defects. The guarantee period however depends on the supplier. Every TrekkingSaddles product demands on the highest requirements of quality and reliability. If in any case at a normal usage a product will show defects, TrekkingSaddles free of charge will repair it. This can be replacement or repair: as for judgement of TrekkingSaddles. The guarantee includes manufacturing- and material defects. If you have a complaint within the guarantee period, send us an e-mail and state exactly what the complaint is. Before returning a product, always first contact us and send us a copy of the invoice. The invoice you receive with your products is your warranty.
	Delivery All products are delivered in one parcel, if possible. Our products have different terms of delivery however and we ship available products in consult with the customer. It is therefore possible that not all products ordered are shipped together in one parcel. In that case we will not charge for extra shipment; all other products within the same order are delivered free postage. We usually ship with TPG post (TNT), GLS and UPS. When a parcel is to be delivered, you will receive a parcel number and instructions to trace your parcel through the TPG, GLS or UPS website.
