Applicability
These conditions apply to all products and to all agreements with TrekkingSaddles-webshop resulting from orders on the website of TrekkingSaddles-webshop.		  

Completion of an agreement
A purchase agreement completes the receipt of an order.
By placing an order you agree with the applicability of the conditions.

  
Offers
All offers from TrekkingSaddles-webshop are without obligation (under the conditions as mentioned on the page concerned) and are with the reservation of the availability and delivery time of the products.		  
Prices
All prices mentioned on the website of TrekkingSaddles-webshop are inclusive of purchase tax. 		 
Shipping costs
The shipping costs per order depend on the size and weight of the package. Orders over 1000 euro, free of delivery in Europe. Heavy or very large packages usually come with extra shipping costs.		  
Delivery and terms of delivery
Ordered products, if in stock, are delivered generally within 8 working days at the address given with the order. In the exceptional case of a product that is no longer available, TrekkingSaddles-webshop reserves the right of all times to provide a refund on the unavailable item for which the customer had already paid. The above mentioned delivery time is a approximate estimate and cannot be considered as a binding term. TrekkingSaddles-webshop can never be held responsible for damage as a result of delay in delivery. (Also there may be delays due to busy periods such as Christmas and the summer vacation)
Any risks associated with the purchased product are solely the responsibility of the purchasers.
If the customer cannot receive the product at the delivery address, the order can be picked up at the transport service - this in consultation with TrekkingSaddles-webshop.
 		  

Returns
Products ordered from Trekkingsaddles-webshop can be returned after discussion with ourselves. Thereby rendering the original agreement null and void.

Special orders, goods made to measure, books and videotapes can not be returned or exchanged. In case of a return, any special free gifts received with the order have to be returned as well.

To make a refund possible, the customer is obliged to notify the return to TrekkingSaddles-webshop in advance and within 7 days after receiving the product(s). Mistakes in an order have to be reported to TrekkingSaddles-webshop as soon as possible, at the latest within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
In case of any item not satisfying the agreement, a full refund (less postage and packaging) wil be provided on the item(s) returned to us, in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, after receiving the returned goods.

TrekkingSaddles-webshop reserved the right to refuse a full- or a partial refund when there is a suspicion of the product already being used or having been damaged through no fault of TrekkingSaddles-webshop or the supplier. Also TrekkingSaddles-webshop cannot be held responsible for colour differences between colours in the pictures on the website and true colours of the product.

  
Payment
When you have selected one or more items on our website, you can easily place them in the virtual shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, the order can be closed and method of payment can be chosen. Withing Europe we offer two possibilities of payment: in advance or by creditcard. Payment by credit card willl require 5 euro extra handling costs.		  
Disputes
All disputes will be handled by a qualified person under Dutch jurisdiction.

Legalities
All claims or controversies, or other matters in question related to any purchase, unless otherwise settled by agreement of the parties, will be submitted to and decided by arbitration held in the Netherlands in accordance with the rules of the Dutch arbitration association. The Dutch law shall govern all aspects of any transaction with TrekkingSaddles-webshop.
